About Prairie Tree

Our Mission:

Our Mission is to give our clients the best possible overall experience by
focusing on Creative Detailed Design and Responsive Solution Based Service.

Our Values:

Everyone that works at Prairie Tree carries themselves in a professional manner. This begins with the initial phone call or email from a potential new client, carries through to the initial meeting, design, estimate, execution and follow through. Every employee and subcontractor, as a representative of Prairie Tree, maintains a look and attitude of professionalism at all times. This includes the dress code, appearance of vehicles and conduct both on the jobsite and within the office.

We have a defined process for communication with clients and within the company itself. Every representative of Prairie Tree Landscaping makes communication with the client a priority. Keeping the client informed of the progress on a design or estimate, the project start date or scheduled completion timeline and any changes to the design, agreement or any problems that may arise are the essence of the company culture. Communication between service representatives, supervisors and subcontractors is also an established part of how we do business. Every decision made is followed by the necessary communication between coworkers and clients.

Every Design and Construction project is a reflection of Prairie Tree Landscaping and its culture. Every design we create and every project we install is an advertisement for the type of work we are capable of. Details are the cornerstone of every great project and part of our culture will be the attention to detail that our clients will come to expect from us. Every designer, service representative and subcontractor must take pride in the craftsmanship of their trade. “Good enough” is not an option.
