All trees and shrubs are to have a one-year warranty (one time replacement). Warranty does NOT include plants or trees outside of Zone 4 for cold hardiness. Warranty does NOT include annuals, perennials, ornamental grasses or clearance items.

If proper maintenance is not practiced, warranty shall not be honored. Prairie Tree is not responsible for damage caused by Acts of Nature, vandalism, neglect or abuse by homeowners or their representative. Prairie Tree cannot control damage done by weather, insects or disease and cannot cover problems resulting from these factors in our warranty.

Must have receipt for proof of purchase to receive store credit or replacement of plant material, no cash refunds will be given.
